Pablo is a Mexican national who works between the UK and Mexico. As a photographer he specialises in food but he also produces architectural images and others taken in the mountains and countryside.

He gave a demonstration of food photography using his Sony camera, a Hasselblad lens and a tilt/shift adaptor. Together, they allow Pablo control over the focus and perspective of his images. The logic being, the more you can accomplish in camera, the less you have to do in image manipulation.

He also works with stills photographers for the film industry. Pablo is highly skilled at using Capture 1 software which allows to not only control the images but to distribute them instantly to the appropriate destination and in the required format.

Pablo is also a heavily in demand assistant on major photographic shoots, another area where great skill is required. His talks are interesting, inspiring and educational. It is clear that he has great enthusiasm for his job and makes the most of every opportunity.
